Selected functional additives help support the digestion and optimal development of a young dog.

  • vitamins and chelated minerals – supplementation of vitamins and a chelated form of minerals, which is highly usable by the organism, helps support the proper functioning of the organism, prevent disease and strengthen the immune system.
  • prebiotics (FOS + MOS) and probiotics Lactobacillus helveticus – supporting the balance of the intestinal microflora and the proper functioning of the digestive tract, thus having a positive effect on the immune system and overall health.
  • salmon oil and oil from the seaweed Schizochytrium limacinum – a rich natural source of unsaturated fatty omega-3 acids (EPA, DHA), necessary for the development and function of the brain, support of skin function and hair quality. Omega 3 is also known for its anti-inflammatory effect.

Feeding instructions

Feeding instruction: Feed should be fed accordingly recommended daily dose. You can adjust dose having regard to age, activity, environment of dog. Watch optimal physical condition of dog and avoid overfeeding – feed should be divided into 3–5 equal portions during the day. It´s recommended to serve feed in dry or moistened with water or broth.  Water should be available at all times.

While it is wise to care for an animal’s gastrointestinal tract throughout its entire life, during their junior stage, this care focuses primarily on the proper development of the entire body and on the animal's immunity. For senior dogs, balanced energy intake in relation to energy output is important.

The differences between breed sizes are reflected in, among other things, the various granule sizes. All of our Calibra Life complete foods are hypoallergenic and are based on a single protein. The animal source protein content in individual recipes is at least 80-90% of the total protein content. Carefully selected additives always complement each recipe’s intended effect.
